Experienced Kronk Boxer, Bob Kennedy teaches the fundamentals of a boxer's workout. This class increases metabolism, cuts inches off your waist and lower body quickly, adds abdominal and lower back strength. Sessions are 4 weeks in length and run continuously throughout the year. Basketball and Volleyball is only $8 fee for non-members play Monday Friday from 6am 10pm and Weekends from 10am 7pm. Drop-in Racquetball or Squash is $10 per player per hour and is offered Monday thru Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm and Weekends from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Taught by Michigan Hall of Fame Teacher, Tom Brownlee, this class will give you the fundamental skills to get started in this fun sport. Offered on the third Monday of every month, 6:30 - 7:30pm.
