ATTACK THE FAT

Attack the Fat is a 10wk class taught in a small group format by a certified trainer. This class is targeted to individuals that are 40 - 100 lbs over weight and want to get started with successful long-term weight loss. Our goal is to help you shed pounds in a safe, healthy way through diet and exercise in a team environment. Participants of ANY fitness level are encouraged to join. This class is successful because of the personalized attention that our trained professionals provide and low-level low intensity approach we take in the beginning.

I am 75-lbs over weight and thought I would never find an exercise program that I could stick with because I hate exercise. This class has actually become something I enjoy coming to and I really like the way we have slowly worked our way up the exercise intensity ladder. I am not walking on my own at home and really find it refreshing, not exhausting like I once did. I am getting up every day with more energy. I have a long way to go, but at least I feel ok about it now. I also enjoy the people in my class.

TRIM TIME

This program is designed for those who want to lose 10 - 25lbs! Trim Time is an 8wk program of strength training, core conditioning and functional training to help you burn fat and tone your body to get lean! This class is taught under the direction of some of Ann Arbor's Top Personal Trainers. This is 8-week class that will quickly transform your body into the lean and healthy look some many are after today.
