Sales Consultant

Is health & fitness is an important part of your life? Do you truly enjoy helping others? Are you a self starter? Do you have a no quit attitude? Could you inspire a complete stranger to exercise if they came to you with questions about exercise? Are you a team player? Do you follow instructions well and are you organized? Are you comfortable meeting new people? Are you competitive? If you answered yes to all of these questions we would like to talk to you regarding a sales consultant job. Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to sell Health Club Memberships
  • Achieve or exceed individual new sales goals
  • Achieve or exceed service goals
  • Must be knowledgeable of and participate in all club services, programs and products
  • Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures

    Requirements include:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, personable and friendly
  • Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
  • Ambitious and driven with a willingness to work on a commission basis
  • Hardworking and diligent with a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must be computer literate.

One On One Athletic Club offers internships to both students and non-students within the service staff departments:

  • Management Assistant
  • Sales & Marketing

Apply at the front desk, the application process is three interviews and one two-hour tryout where applicants work in the area that they are applying for.
