HoneyI have been a personal trainer for several years. Over that time, I have worked with people of all ages with varying fitness goals. I have trained high school athletes, pre- and postnatal, women and men, and special populations. I was trained by the Arthritis Foundation for aqua and gym classes in 2000. In 2001, I became an ACE exercise specialist. Since that time I have worked with clients who are stroke victims, those suffering from MS, and Parkinson patients. In 2006, I became a Silver Sneaker Leader. Being a Silver Sneaker Leader has expanded my knowledge of the needs of the mature adult, addressing the ways in which fitness enhances a long and active life. Around this time, I became certified as an Exercise Specialist for the Older Adult from the Cooper Institute of Dallas Texas.

Eddie Brooks is a NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Association) certified fitness trainer and Founder of New You Personal Training Services based locally in Ann Arbor, MI. He and his staff have been providing high quality personal health and fitness training services to clients for over 10 years. Known for his unique workouts and customized body fit programs, Eddie has the expertise and credentials to satisfy all your health care wants and needs.
New You Personal Training Services was founded in Flint, MI back in 2004. Driven by the desire to reverse the trend of obesity, hypertension and diabetes found in many friends and relatives throughout his community, Eddie opened the doors at New You with just two clients. For the past seven years, New You Personal Training Services has provided health care services to over 400 clients in the metro Detroit area. Specialty classes such as Hip Hop Abs, Yoga, and his infamous Bridal Bootcamps have allowed the staff to cater to the entire mind, body and spirit of an individual. Eddie has been featured on WJRT News and a variety of other radio programs for his work with the Bridal and Back to School Bootcamps.
With the help of his strong network of clients, often referred to as ‘Team New You,’ Eddie enjoys helping clients achieve personal health and fitness goals through a variety of challenging workouts comprised of strength and endurance training, muscle confusion and a variety of cardio exercises. Eddie specializes in weight loss / body toning and his clients often boast about achieving their desired results sooner than expected. His belief is that a lifetime of health and fitness begins with attitude and the willingness to learn.

I put together a ?road map? in terms of getting you from point A to point B, making sure you are doing the right things outside of our time together to achieve your goals. Different people have unique goals and each need a plan of attack suitable to reach them. Whether you desire to be a power lifter, have a health condition that needs to be addressed, or just really want to lose some weight, get in shape, and feel a lot better about yourself, there is a plan. I have been a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2003.
KathyI have always had a passion for health and fitness. As a mother of five children, I understand how busy people need to get creative to make time for their health. It is my goal to help my clients discover the physical activity that will spark their interest enough to make fitness a lifelong pursuit. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a client that couldn?t run around the parking lot run their first 5k race. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise, CrossFit, and BOSU.

I am currently certified through American Council on Exercise(ACE) and I also have my Occupational Degree of Associate Science in Personal Training. I am a former Florida Rugby strength and conditioning coach. I look to give you the confidence and attitude you need to reach your goal(s). I will spread my knowledge of the body as it pertains to fitness to you. I will show you the correct forms and techniques to all sorts of exercises to reduce harm and injury to your body. My goal is to reach YOUR goal as fast and as safe as possible!

BobI teach people the ?rules of the body,? getting them from A to Z as quickly and safely as possible. In my 12 years of working as a certified personal trainer and boxing instructor at One on One Athletic Club, I have worked with people whose goals range from weight loss to athletic performance, from ?knock outs? to carrying laundry baskets up the stairs. Your time with me will be spent in the free weight room, as you learn how your body works. What you learn in that time will get you results in the most efficient way possible.
