Body MAX

Body MAX is an intense full body workout designed to increase strength and endurance. Class includes anaerobic and aerobic exercises performed with a variety of equipment, designed to engage your body and mind. Variations are provided to accommodate all fitness levels, so you can achieve your personal goals. Tone muscles and increase endurance with Body MAX!
