One on One - Programs - Yoga

This flowing yoga class is open to students of all levels. It integrates functions of the mind, body, and breath into one practice. Fluid transitional movements, along with synchronized breathing, connect the sustained postures to create internal heat. This is a challenging and empowering practice emphasizing breath connection, core strength, and awareness.
