Personal Training

One On One Athletic Club provides the areas top American Counsel of Exercise Certified Personal Trainers for far less than you will pay at our competition or for a trainer to come to your home. A personal trainer will help you achieve your health and fitness goals much faster and educate you in the process. Our Certified Trainers will help you lose body fat, improve your cardio-vascular endurance, get ready for special events where you need to look any or perform at your best. One On One Athletic Club offers three different Personal Training services to meet your individual needs, featuring One on One Training, Group Training and Specialty Programs.

One On One Training

By far the most effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals is to work with one of our certified professional trainers one on one. Here the trainer works with you on your specific objectives and design a plan that will help you achieve your goals quickly and personally. We offer three different levels of personal trainers, ACE Certified Professional, Expert and Master Trainer. Each level of trainer is based on their years of training experience, certifications, college degrees and community service.

Group Personal Training

Join one of our fun classes with your friends and get all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the costs. We currently offer the following Group Personal Training classes:

Ladies Strength Training

Team up with 6 of your friends and get ready for fun and effective workouts. This program has a strong emphasis on reshaping your whole body and will challenge you with each workout. You will get great results as this class is only taught by One On One's top certified trainers.

Spin & Strength

This class is designed for 2 - 6 people only and provides a challenging workout in 45-minutes. The instructor moves around the class throughout the class to assist and motive the students. Some of our members say this class really helped launch them into a better body and keeps them motivated to workout.

Pilates Group

This class is designed for 2 - 6 people only and provides very specialized workouts for the participants. This class is held in one of our studios and is only offered in the morning and afternoon. If you know the benefits of Pilates, image having your own personal trainer for Pilates and that is what you receive with this class. One On One training is also available with Pilates.
