Corporate Wellness at One on One: Play. Move. Fun.

Corporate wellness doesn't have to be about grueling workouts and boring seminars. We take an entirely different approach. Our corporate wellness programming is founded on play and movement in social environments. Replace health seminars with basketball games. Swap hours on a treadmill for a kickboxing class. Think less "fitness" and more "fun.”

PLAY: RECREATION SPORTS

Whether your group joins our drop-in play or rents a court for exclusive use, there’s plenty of fun and activity to go around. Our affordable recreational sports options include basketball, volleyball, racquetball, wallyball and dodgeball. Drop-in prices start at $8 per person and court rentals start at $35 per hour (nets and balls included).

MOVE: GROUP EXERCISE & PRIVATE CLASSES

Our group exercise and private classes allow people to have fun and move in an upbeat and social environment. 1on1 group exercise instructors are fully certified and have great experience in creating exciting formats geared towards groups of mixed fitness abilities. Drop-in class prices start at $4 per person and private classes start at $50 per class.
